Stock market and higher interest rates
The Dow Jones jumped 9.4% or 1985 points to 23186. The S&P 500 rallied 9.3% or 230 points to 2711. The Nasdaq soared 9.3% or 672 points to 7874. On the week however, the Dow lost 10%, the S&P 500 fell 9% and the Nasdaq went down 8%. Historically, the Dow Jones Industrial Average reached an all time high of 29569.58 in February of 2020.
